🏪 Custom House Vendors
Want your own shop without babysitting it? A Contracted Vendor is a placeable NPC merchant you can drop inside your own house, stocked with a preset profession's skills and goods.
📖 How to Place One
- Double-click a Contracted Vendor Deed (Blessed) while standing in a house you own or co-own.
- Target the exact spot where you want the vendor to stand.
- Choose a vendor type from the gump — the vendor spawns immediately with that profession's title, skills, and shop stock.

24 professions are available, each with tailored skills and inventory:

🔧 Managing Your Vendor
- Dismissing: The house owner (or the vendor's original placer) can right-click the vendor and select Dismiss Vendor to redeed it back into a Contracted Vendor Deed.
- Auto-Removal: If the house it's standing in is ever demolished, the vendor is automatically removed.
- Vendors don't need to be fed, guarded, or restocked by the player — they function like a standard town vendor once placed.
