Account Bound Skills
In Age of Sosaria, we believe players shouldn't be punished or forced to dedicate an entire character slot just to gather resources, pick locks, or appraise items.
To solve this, we introduced the Account Skills System.
🌟 What are Account Skills?
There are 13 specific utility and gathering skills that are flagged as "Free Account Skills". This means:
- They bypass the skill cap: Leveling these skills will NOT consume any of your 720.0 Base Skill Cap points.
- They are account-wide: The highest skill level you achieve on any character is instantly shared with every other character on your account.

The following skills are included in the system:
- Item ID
- Arms Lore
- Camping
- Forensic Evaluation
- Taste ID
- Begging
- Herding
- Cartography
- Lockpicking
- Remove Trap
- Fishing
- Lumberjacking
- Mining
⌨️ Player Commands
You can check your current progress in these shared skills at any time by typing the following command in-game:
[accountskills
This will bring up a menu showing the exact levels of all 13 skills across your account. Whenever you log out, the server automatically checks if your character gained any levels in these skills and pushes the progress UP to the account. When you log in on an alt, the progress is pulled DOWN to them instantly!
