A true hunter isn't satisfied with shooting deer in the forest. To earn the utmost respect of the Ranger's Guild and the title of "Apex Predator," you must prove your mastery of kiting and precision by hunting down the deadliest, most exotic beasts in Sosaria.
🦅 Step 1: The Hiryu
Seek out Master Ranger Lorian, who challenges you to test your skills against the raptor-beasts of Tokuno.
Hiryus are incredibly fast, hit hard, and will test your ability to keep your distance while firing accurately. Travel to Tokuno and thin their numbers.
- Objective: Slay 15 Hiryus
- Reward: 1,000 Gold
❄️ Step 2: The Frost Wyrms
Because the Hiryus lack magical cunning, Lorian sends you to the frozen deeps to hunt ice dragons.
White Wyrms are intelligent, heavily armored, and cast powerful spells. You must master the art of dodging magic while maintaining an offensive barrage of arrows.
- Objective: Slay 15 White Wyrms
- Reward: 2,500 Gold
🌑 Step 3: Shadows
The ultimate hunt. Shadow Wyrms are ancient, steeped in dark magic, and strike with absolutely lethal precision. Tracking them is a nightmare, and surviving them is nearly impossible. Slay them, and claim the title of Apex Predator!
- Objective: Slay 10 Shadow Wyrms
- Reward: 5,000 Gold & The Quiver of the Wind
🏹 The Reward: Quiver of the Wind
For proving yourself as the absolute peak hunter in the realm, Lorian gifts you the greatest quiver ever crafted by Elven hands.
- Slot: Back (Quiver)
- Properties: Blessed
- Hue: Hunter Green
- Stats: Grants an incredibly powerful +5% Hit Chance Increase and massive 30% Weight Reduction. This quiver drastically lowers the weight of carrying thousands of arrows while making every shot significantly more likely to hit its mark.
