- Banned Skills: You cannot use Hiding, Stealth, Snooping, or Stealing inside the arena. It is a straight, open brawl.
- Banned Items: You cannot deploy traps, setup campfires, or use other environment-altering items to infinitely stall a fight.

The match ends the moment a combatant receives a fatal blow.

4. The bracket updates, and the next two dualists are dropped into the Pit.

GAME MASTER COMMANDS (Staff Only)
=== Match Conclusion ===
The match ends the moment a combatant receives a fatal blow.

The Arena system was built not just for automated tournaments, but for staff flexibility.
# The server instantaneously detects the death, prevents actual item loss, and declares the standing player the '''Victor'''.
# Both players are immediately teleported safely back up to the Staging area.
# The defeated player is automatically fully resurrected, healed, and refreshed.
# The bracket updates, and the next two dualists are dropped into the Pit.

- GMs are generally ignored by the strict bracket sweeping (so they can moderate without being pulled into combat constraints).
*
- However, if a Game Master wishes to participate in a test tournament or a special bracket alongside players, they can interact with the stone and join the roster just like anyone else!
- Override Protections: Built-in safeguards allow the staff to stop or delay matches midway without worrying about server crashes if a player exits the region unexpectedly or dies without a registered dual.

Automated PvP Tournament System

Welcome to the Age of Sosaria automated PvP Engine! Our unique arena system handles complex tournaments, bracket generation, and anti-griefing mechanics completely automatically, so players can focus strictly on the fight.

⚔️ How to Participate

Signing Up

When a tournament is announced, players can locate the PvP Registration Stone. Simply double-click the stone and hit "Join" to be placed into the active bracket.

The Staging Area (The Green Acres)

Once the tournament begins, all registered participants are seamlessly teleported to the protected Staging Area.

  • Auto-Mount Shrink: The moment you arrive, the system automatically dismounts you and safely shrinks your pet right into your backpack using the Xanthos native system. You do not need to worry about losing your mounts!
  • Peace Zone: The Staging Area is strictly monitored. Aggressive skill usage (Stealing, Snooping, Provocation, etc.) is blacklisted.
  • Preparation: You are free to cast defensive buffs, drink potions, eat food, and reorganize your inventory before your match drops.

🛡️ The Arena (The Pit)

When it is your turn to fight, you and your opponent will automatically be pulled from the Staging Area and dropped into the Arena.

Combat Rules

Because this is a competitive PvP environment, several restrictive blacklists run in the background to prevent stalling or "griefing" behaviors.

  • Banned Skills: You cannot use Hiding, Stealth, Snooping, or Stealing inside the arena. It is a straight, open brawl.
  • Banned Items: You cannot deploy traps, setup campfires, or use other environment-altering items to infinitely stall a fight.
  • Standard combat gear, weapons, potions, spellbooks, and bandages are explicitly unrestricted.

Match Conclusion

The match ends the moment a combatant receives a fatal blow.

  1. The server instantaneously detects the death, prevents actual item loss, and declares the standing player the Victor.
  2. Both players are immediately teleported safely back up to the Staging area.
  3. The defeated player is automatically fully resurrected, healed, and refreshed.
  4. The bracket updates, and the next two dualists are dropped into the Pit.
