Housing in Age of Sosaria offers a blend of classic gameplay and modern quality-of-life improvements. Whether you're placing your first home or building a vast estate, understanding these rules and systems will help you make the most of your space.
📜 Building Limits & Extra Slots
Players are allowed to own multiple properties, as long as they follow account and housing limits:
- Account Limit: A maximum of two accounts per person is permitted.
- Starting Limit: Each account may place and own one house by default.
- Expanding Your Estate: You can increase your housing capacity by using an Extra House Slot Deed, which allows your account to own additional houses beyond the default limit.

To keep the world active and ensure housing availability, all homes follow a decay system:
- 90-Day Collapse: Houses that are not refreshed will become condemned and eventually collapse after 90 days.
- How to Refresh: You can reset your house timer by:

- Walking inside your house
- Simply logging in elsewhere on the shard does not refresh the timer by itself — you need to actually visit the house.
