Some secrets are meant to stay buried. When highly volatile demonic texts are stolen during transit from the Britain Library, you must track them down across the frozen mountains, the dragon hoards of Destard, and the very depths of the Abyss!

Because of the extreme power of the reward, this quest requires you to slay some of the hardest monsters in the realm. Bring your strongest spells and your most powerful beasts.

📜 Step 1: The Wreckage
Seek out Archivist Elian inside the Britain Library.

Elian will frantically explain that the library was attempting to transport ancient, restricted demonic texts to a secure vault... but the caravan was ambushed! The area is swarming with Ogre Lords picking over the remnants of the wreckage.

Objective: Slay 15 Ogre Lords
Reward: 1,000 Gold
🐉 Step 2: The False Lead
Return to Elian with terrible news: the texts are nowhere to be found.

Elian investigates the wreckage and finds that everything was melted to absolute slag. Assuming only a mighty beast could generate such heat, he mistakenly believes an ancient Dragon raided the caravan and took the texts back to its hoard! He sends you to clear out their lairs to recover the books.

Objective: Slay 15 Dragons
Reward: 2,500 Gold
🔥 Step 3: Hellfire
You find absolutely nothing inside the dragon hoards. Realizing his massive mistake, Elian runs magical tests on the ash from the caravan.

It wasn't dragon fire... it was Hellfire! The Ogre Lords were mercenaries hired by the true masterminds: The Balrons. The demons orchestrated the hit to reclaim their demonic texts. You must travel into the demonic strongholds and strike down the Balrons before they can put the texts to use!

Objective: Slay 10 Balrons

For surviving one of the most brutal monster gauntlets in Sosaria, Elian rewards you with an artifact forged by the original author of the recovered texts.

Stats: This item grants an incredibly powerful base +15% Spell Damage Increase, making it an absolute must-have "Best-in-Slot" item for any end-game Magician or Tamer.
